I have been a customer of Northern Diver for the last 2 years, first going as a very new diver. I have found all the staff, from the front desk to the " behind the scenes" staff to be really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. In fact they are so good they managed to specially adapt a pair of boots for my smaller than average feet! The advice I have received has always been excellent and certainly not price driven. I have just collected my dry suit following testing and repairs, the service was excellent and everything explained before being done, and all for very good price. There is only one thing wrong with Northern Diver, their prices are so good I am always tempted to buy more kit when I am there!???? Thank you to Craig and the team!
Awesome 5mm Wetsuit Boots

I bought these wet boots online in January and as Northern Diver advised (when I phoned to discuss sizing), they turned up within 2 days - in Spain. Helpful and friendly advice on the phone and amazing service. I have had 3mm boots before and they were a bit cold for my needs but these 5mm boots also have a special 'thermal' lining and are perfect for the Mediterranean winter. I will also be using them with my Northern Diver Semi-Tech semi dry wetsuit when I travel to the UK, when the summer water temp finally arrives. Thanks a lot Northern Diver for superb wetboots and fantastic service.

EU Areas
Please note that due to changes by HMRC, orders being shipped to EU countries will not be shipped on the same day as they are invoiced. EU Orders will now be shipped on the next working day. This only applies to E.U. orders. Domestic and Worldwide shipments remain the same.
Collect In Store?
When you go to the online checkout, you can opt to collect your items in store. We'll let you know when your order is ready for you to collect. Your order will normally be ready to collect the next working day.
Returns, refunds or exchanges?
You can return any item within 28 days of receipt for a refund, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging and in 'as new' condition.
Items will be refunded in full (less postage) if received within 28 days from the date of despatch.

You can return the item(s) by dropping them off in store or by returning the item(s) by post. We do not insist on a specific courier service for the return, so please use the most economical or appropriate method for returning the item(s).
