How can I track my order?

Once we have processed your order you will notified by email.
When your order has been dispatched you will receive an automatic email containing your order tracking number.
Alternatively, you can view the order status and tracking details by logging in to your online account and viewing the order.

When will I receive my order?

Please be aware the estimated delivery date is not guaranteed as we may encounter unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. Deliveries can be delayed no matter which delivery service you select, in these unusual circumstances please rest assured we will work to get your parcel to you as soon as possible.

What if no one is in?

A signature may not always be required for delivery and if there is no one available to take delivery our carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card may be left to advise this to you, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date.

Customs Charges

Please note your Northern Diver parcel may be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, you will need to cover these costs. Unfortunately, these charges are out of Northern Diver’s hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we’re unable to predict what your particular charges may be. If these local import and custom charges are refused or not paid by you, then the item could be returned to Northern Diver or destroyed. If your order is not returned to us in these circumstances, we may not be able to refund you for your order. We would not be able to refund any original postage costs paid and can only refund for the returned products minus any costs incurred in returning them to Northern Diver.

For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end. You can contact us for the HS code of the item and get in touch with your local customs office to check what charges you may incur.

Collect In Store?

When you go to the online checkout, you can opt to collect your items in store.
We’ll let you know when your order is ready for you to collect.
Your order will normally be ready to collect the next working day.
