Great Torch Issue with the free lanyard

I recently purchased three of these touches for my dive center in fuerteventura. The light itself is great and a good upgrade from the Varilux travel torches I’ve had for three years. Easy to order and arrived on time, only issue I had is the lanyard that is supplied its of very poor quality and all three snapped on first use.. it seems the crimp used hadn’t been crimped to secure the cord properly .. so now replaced with good quality paracord (about a 20p fix over the possible lost torch issue) I have photos of the crimp if any ND guys would like photos
Varilux LD2600 Dive Torch

I bought the Varilux LD2600 dive torch. This is the second one I've owned as my first is still in Egypt. It's a great bit of kit. Not too big, but not too small. It has a good beam which lights deep gaps and crevice's. Its great for looking into wrecks etc. It's a quality piece of kit as well. I hang it from the D ring on my BCD harness and use a rubber band to secure the bottom. I had the last one for over a year, and it took some beating. It's well worth the price. The service is always great from Northern Diver. Fast delivery, on time. They're happy to discuss the products over the phone, by email, or just call into the shop and get a good look at the items. In all, a great torch and a great place for dive equipment.

Not only does this torch look good but its performance underwater is second to none! Although it is not the brightest torch in the Varilux range, it certainly doesn't feel like it. Battery life is also good, you can easily get 2 dives on full beam and the variable switch means you can extend battery life by dimming if full beam is not required. Love the lanyard included in the package too making it easy to attach to the carabiner on my BCD when not in use. Great torch, thank you Northern Diver!
