Description

The 6m reach pole provides a rapid, agile method to reach a conscious in-water casualty. The pole can equally be used to retrieve items from the water.

The pole’s maximum length is a considerable six metres, and the lightweight, durable fibreglass makes it very easy to operate at such a length. The pole’s fully retracted length is a compact 1.8 metres.

On the tip of the pole is an aluminium bayonet fitting for use with the supplied quick-release grapple hook and shepherd’s crook attachments. A quick release attachment for a suitable buoy is supplied, and an orange buoy is available separately.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by signing into your account. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. Keep an eye on your inbox as we'll keep you updated about your order via email. Remember to check all your email folders, including junk, updates, promotions etc.

When will I receive my order?

EU Areas

Please note that due to changes by HMRC, orders being shipped to EU countries will not be shipped on the same day as they are invoiced. EU Orders will now be shipped on the next working day. This only applies to E.U. orders. Domestic and Worldwide shipments remain the same.

What if no one is in?

A signature may not always be required for delivery and if there is no one available to take delivery our carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card may be left to advise you of this, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date.

Will I be charged customs and exports duties?

Depending on the value of your order, your Northern Diver parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately, these charges are out of Northern Diver's hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we're unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we'd suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you're not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

Collect In Store?

When you go to the online checkout, you can opt to collect your items in store. We'll let you know when your order is ready for you to collect. Your order will normally be ready to collect the next working day.

Returns, refunds or exchanges?

You can return any item within 28 days of receipt for a refund, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging and in 'as new' condition.

Items will be refunded in full (less postage) if received within 28 days from the date of despatch.

THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS. DETAILS OF WHICH ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU OR CONSUMER DIRECT.

We aim to deal with all returns and exchanges on the day they arrive, however please allow longer during peak periods.

How do i return items?

Please complete the returns form (Click Here) and include it with the securely repacked item(s) that you wish to return.

You can return the item(s) by dropping them off in store or by returning the item(s) by post. We do not insist on a specific courier service for the return, so please use the most economical or appropriate method for returning the item(s).

Damaged/Faulty Items

Any faulty or damaged item must be reported, as soon as reasonably possible after receipt of the goods.

If an item becomes faulty after a period of time then please contact customer services (01257 254 444 or info@ndiver.com) prior to returning the item. We will either repair or replace the item at our discretion.

When returning a damaged/faulty item, please include the downloadable returns form.

IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES - An item must be examined by our Quality Control manager, in order to establish the facts regarding a faulty or damaged item; however, you (the consumer) have a duty to take reasonable care of the item, prior to our examination. Goods must therefore be returned in or with the original packaging and with the original documentation, wherever possible. In addition, a returned item must be adequately protected and securely sealed for its return journey, to reduce the possibility of damage in transit.
